For us, timeless style that complements lifestyle is everything. We think the designs we create are contemporary, yet culturally sensitive, and somewhat subtle. It's the subject of grace that stirs feelings. Every design decision is made with the intention of enhancing and completing individual styles. What makes us Tann-ed and our aesthetic essential to our basic beliefs is that we represent a narrative of being wonderfully silent with our style yet highly obvious with our size. Although we make tiny nods to Indian crafts here and there, we have a deep-seated belief that design can bridge cultural boundaries. The idea is to deviate from the norm and incorporate our individual preferences.

Our oversized bags and elongated details with our very classic broad strap have made the products recognisable from afar. The key credit for the strengthening of our style goes to our very classic mask chains launched in July 2020 which helped make our brand what it is today. The classic elements remain the zippers, stitch lines, contrast edge details and, experimenting with proportions.

With a cozy studio in Noida, where pieces are produced in small batches, the brand caters to both domestic & international market.

 

 

We are Tann-ed, a collective of 3 designers with varied aesthetics that meet on the same shore. With our diverse upbringings and experiences amidst the worlds chaos we came together to find peace in the timeless things that stay with us, which derives our aesthetic for the clean lines, long lasting designs and shying away from trends. With a love for all things oversized and a need to carry our worlds with us, we came up with our brand and leather bags that last long and go big. Our core belief is bags are an extension of a person, they need to speak to your character but also be ultra utility to suit an individual’s needs, and keeping that in mind has helped us evolve our brand to todays wants.

Currently functioning in 3 segments of design, we have Bags, Accessories and Essential gifting. In all the segments, our key focus is on quality, utility and lasting designs.

For us its all about classic from within, which works with lifestyle. We believe what we design is culturally informed, yet modern, perhaps understated. It’s all about grace that evokes emotions. Founded by 3, in December 2019, this brand is the fundamental brainchild of our emotions and wants. A little about us -

Konpal Batra is the clothing and detail loving Fashion Design graduate from Pearl and has worked for 3 years before with clothes and accessories before taking the plunge to start this personal journey. She loves clothing and utility details and tries to mix RTW classic fashion details of clothing with the utility details of the brand. Her love for sourcing and clothing makes her hunt for different materials to play around with and use material not conventionally used with your classic bags and accessories.

Rakshit Singh is the marketing genius with a deep seated love for fashion and styling. He has studied Luxury Brand Management from Pearl and worked for 2 years with marketing and brands before deciding his passion for designing was too much to ignore. His perspective to create more non gender confined fashion has helped the brand look at fashion and styling in a new light.

Ritika Gupta is the star designer who has studied Leather Design from NIFT and worked for 2 years in the industry before Tanned. She understands quality exquisitely and is always ready to innovate. Her desire to create something new and unique has helped craft amazing products. Her love for giving surprises and presentation has made the gifting category this strong with trying to make every box intriguing.
